僕が見つけたフルーツや野菜を組み合わせたジュースを是非、食卓でお楽しみください。 1.Spinach-Honeydew Juice If you are not planning to drink this right away don't add the lime rind to the extractor,as it will make the juice bitter after an hour or two.Judging the ripeness of a honeydew is difficult.If possible,buy a halved melon,and look for one thatsmells,sweet. 1/2 small bunch spinach,well rinsed 1 lime wedge,including rind(see note) 1/4small honeydew melon,seeded,peeled,and cut into pieces In an extractor juice the spinach,lime,and melon,in that order.Stir and serve.* 2.Red Red Red Drink Sweet,ripe strawberries-deep red,fragrant,and bursting with vitamin C-yield the best results in refreshing drink.If the strawberries are underripe and tart, use a sweet apple such as a Golden Delicious balance the flavor. In addition to the color, the beet contributes natural sweetness and a generous amount of the B vitamin folate,along with vitamin C,magnesium,potassium,and iron. 1 cup(4oz/125g)strawberries,hulled 1 apple,cored and cut into pieces 1 red beet, scrubbed clean,trimmed and cut into pieces In an extractor,juice the strawberries,apple,and beet in that order.Stir and serve.* |
